Behaviour and Privacy Policy for The Spa Yard Effective Date: [14 May 2025.

At The Spa Yard, we are committed to protecting your privacy.

We operate our business in the following ways:

1. At your location we set up a commercial Tent the size is 3m by 3m and we ask that you ensure it will fit in your Event location or garden when booking.  

2. Inside your home or location, we need enough space to set up a massage table or tables and equipment, we generally ask that you consider in advance the most suitable location to fit these items, we do not operate treatment from the bedroom please see our Behaviour policy.

3. From our own SPA Y.A.R.D premises. TBC will be opening soon. 

BEHAVIOUR IMPORTANT  POLICIES:  

WE DO NOT PROVIDE TREATMENTS IN A BEDROOM; it is unprofessional and against our policy.

INAPPROPIATE BEHAVIOUR: We do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour, and we reserve the right to terminate the treatment without refund should inappropriate behaviour happen, we will also contact the police and follow any safety actions to protect ourselves and our business and uphold our legal Rights.

NO NAKED - YOU MUST WEAR underwear or swimwear; WE DO NOT provide treatments to any persons without.

We provide a professional Therapy treatment solution service please do not embarrass yourself or us by conducting any inappropriate behaviour.

To protect our therapists, we require that all contact information and payment details are provided prior to treatments. The Therapist are logged on our system at your location your name and date, we know you understand that safety is paramount and also, we would expect you to uphold our policy values so that we can continue to offer a reliable treatment service.          

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Terms & Conditions: for The Spa Y.A.R.D or also known as The SPA YARD.  

 1. Use of Our Website: By accessing our website and online booking system, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes.

2. Appointments and Payments: All appointments must be booked in advance. Payment is required either at time of booking or before treatment unless otherwise agreed or stated.

3. Booking Treatments: Treatments can also be booked directly by calling us on 0734 178 3846 or emailing (thespayard@gmail.com) sometimes we have availability on the same day, all Privacy Policy remains the same even if booking in person or directly.

4. Cancellations: with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at full rate. To cancel your appointment, you can do by – Calling - Texting - WhatsApp Message – Email.

5. Health Information: Clients must complete a health questionnaire before receiving treatment. You confirm the information is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.

6. Intellectual Property: All website content is owned by The SPA YA.R.D and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability: Our services are provided on a best-effort basis. The Spa Yard is not liable for any indirect or unforeseeable damages loss or injury arising from being on the premises or use of our services or facilities; by booking your treatment with us you have agreed to take sole responsibility, we as a business have ensured we maintain industry standards of health and safety, and everything is identified for your safety and comfort. We do not take responsibility for any loss, theft, damage or injury while you are on the premises.

9. The Spa Y.A.R.D offers mobile onsite treatments solutions for both holiday vacations hen and group bookings as well as providing treatments to local residents.
